The room we had included all the necessary facilities and an iron. The staff were very very helpful, and the free parking was available. The vibe here was quiet!

The room we had included a safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-bar fridge. the staff that checked us in was nice and accommodating. the hotel was just next door to the center of Astana, with direct buses to the museum and the old railway station.

Fairly clean, boutique hotel, I thoroughly enjoyed neat rooms and very polite staff. I booked a room with a nice bed, central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. The location was good, at walking distance from Sine Tempore.

I had a wonderful stay at a small hotel in the heart of Astana, very close to the main road. The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The receptionists were helpful and fluent in English, making my stay even more convenient. The hotel is also conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, location, and friendly staff.

The hotel building was nice and the room was spacious enough for me. the staff was friendly and helpful when I needed to arrange transportation.
the breakfast options were very limited and unappetizing, and the room was not cleaned daily.

This hotel is located in an old part of town that has some character. It's close to some attractions like the museum and has good bus connections to the airport. the smart TVs, mini bar, and ironing board are nice touches.
Noise isolation is not great which can make it difficult to get a good night's rest when others are being loud especially in the restaurant in the evening when it's busy.

I had a great stay in this hotel located in the old town. The staff was really helpful and friendly, providing me assistance whenever I needed. The room was clean and had all necessary utilities including towels and toiletries. The hotel restaurant was a great spot to enjoy local meals and drinks, especially in the evening when it's busy. Additionally, transportation was convenient with direct buses to the museum or to the airport.
Nothing not too like.

I recently stayed at a small hotel that was perfect for my business travel needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was excellent. The location was also a key positive aspect as it was well-located and close to important attractions. the room was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything I needed for my stay.
There were a few negative aspects to my experience that I should mention. the hotel was a bit difficult to find if you were not familiar with the area.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
